At the Hillsboro Invite our boys 4x200 relay team beat the school record with a 1:33.44!

We have an indoor state qualifier for the 5th straight season!

Home meet over the weekend. Both teams took another step forward and both teams got a win! Josh and Gabby both took the individual win as well! And on Friday evening I got to watch some former mustangs run at the All Ohio collegiate championships!

Came in ranked 24th and ended up finishing 18th in the state‼️ 3:38.85 is our third best time, indoor or outdoor, since 2010. Now on to outdoor…

Tyler Shipley! Clears 15-11 at the NAIA National Championship to secure his first All-American honors, representing the @MVNU_Cougars! He went from having 0 All-Ohio awards to becoming an NAIA All-American! The embodiment of hard work!

SVC Banquet tonight. Another good season in the books!

Caitlyn capped off her XC career with a 59th place finish in 19:54 at the state meet this morning! - She ends her career as the 3rd ranked girl in Westfall history with a 19:30. - She is also only the second Westfall runner to qualify to state for 4 straight years.

Regionals this past Saturday. - Caitlyn qualified to her 4th straight state meet with a 13th place finish in a PR 19:30. - Anay would run her best regional finish with 36th in 20:29. - Boys team placed 16th - Josh, Trent, Nate and Nick would run an all time PR
