@RuthOshikanlu It depends on what the trust sees as her experience within the specialist role. You can have lots of knowledge but you need to have it linked and to the level of what the role is. 20 years of renal is zero years of cardiac etc.

I bow to nobody in my admiration for nurses & ambulance workers, and they need better pay & working conditions, but the thought that elderly vulnerable people may not get the urgent emergency treatment they need in next few days of strikes is indefensible.
