We are incredibly saddened by the tragic passing of one of our former Youth Academy players Shay Glover. Shay was a loyal, dedicated, and talented player in our U11 to U16 Teams and a SSYFL league winner. He wore the Wanderers badge with pride and gave us so much both on and off the pitch for his friends, proud coaches and supporting family. Our thoughts and love go to Shay's family, friends, and teammates from everyone at the Wanderers ❤️

DWFA YOUTH | INTRODUCING OUR SUPER U7'S 👏 All 3 of our U7 teams played their first ever matches this past weekend! 🙌 With the majority of these players having come up through our Mini Wanderers programme, some of which have been with us from as early as 4 years old, it was amazing to see them begin their grassroots journey! ⚽ Not only did the U7’s get to play their first ever matches on Saturday morning, but half of the squad had the opportunity to accompany the first team onto the pitch as mascots in the afternoon ahead of the match against Weymouth! 🏟️ An unbelievable day for our U7’s and some awesome memories made! 💫 #WeAreWanderers 🔴⚪

🦞Player of the Month🦞 What a month it's been for the Lobster's 🦞. With 4 wins out of 4 in the league and another great @EmiratesFACup run, there were a number of players that could have won player of the Month. This month however the management team have decided to award this to @JoeyD12345 . Joe returned to the club after a couple of seasons away and was part of a very successful @KnaphillFC side last season. Joe has brought a real winning mentality to the side and leadership to the side both on and off the pitch. Very quickly Joe has formed a great partnership with @tommysmith4 in the back line, helping to keep 3 clean sheets in the first 4 league game in the @ComCoFL What a great addition he has been so far! 👏🏻👏🏻
