On Fri, I completed @WharfedaleTon a 100-mile charity cycling event involving business professionals riding through beautiful Yorkshire countryside in aid of Marie Curie UK. It was hard going, and the last 25 miles were nothing short of painful, but I’m so pleased that I did it!
