Your energy is finite. Most people fail with AI because they try to automate all of it, drain themselves in the process, and quit. The fix: protect what fuels you, hand what drains you to agents. I'm teaching the whole formula live on 5 Aug. Free.

You don't need a stack of subscriptions to start with agents. My rule: nothing gets paid for until the step that uses it. Most people never reach half the tools on their list. First agent: one AI subscription you probably already have.

$19,970 moved through the business in one weekend this month. I mostly watched. Agents wrote the emails, scheduled the posts and logged every payment as it landed. Weekends are when the system earns its keep.

I realised today that it’s been quite a long time since I’ve done something uncomfortable. I hated running when I did my first marathon. That’s why I did it. Life has been getting in the way of me doing things like this recently. Part of me says “well it’s a phase of life… kids and family leave you with less time”, but I also think that’s just an excuse. I could easily do uncomfortable things while I have small kids and responsibilities! Time to start making uncomfortable more normal.

The wall isn't the tools. It's that you pick a task too big to finish, lose interest, and quit. Shrink it. Then shrink it again, until it feels almost too small. Build exactly that. The small one you'll actually finish this week.

Most "we need AI" conversations skip the one useful question. Which task here happens the exact same way every single time? Start with that one. Everything else is a meeting dressed up as a strategy. So what's your same-way-every-time task?
