@stoolpresidente It's "correct" when you are using a monospaced single font like a typewriter to get the equivalent of the gap left when you typeset a sentence. But on computers, with variable width fonts, a single space is enough. It's not about grammar, it's about layout on the page.

When you fly 1000s of missions with modern fighter jets around the clock for weeks at a time, you lose planes. You lose planes to mechanical difficulties, to enemy fire, and or friendly fire. That is a reality. The Israeli & US Air Force have done a spectacular job.
