@Whatnot you have sellers currently live and selling fake stuff. I can’t even get my money back because I’m outside of the window. What kind of joke is that.
I love buying into a cheap break, hitting a numbered card, and receiving a base card instead. And then I love not being able to request help or a refund. Thanks @Whatnot I should have listened to @BosCardHunter more and stopped doing breaks.
@Whatnot has the worst customer service experience for getting screwed over on a purchase. Feel like there's been ZERO assistance backing a buyer from fraud. Do better!!!

I bought items worth over £300 that were sold as authentic, only to receive fake, counterfeit Items from the seller (Tashieyy). Need my refund
@Whatnot tells me I can't dispute anymore because of "too many disputes." Meanwhile, my package is 3 weeks late? Is it really support if no one's supporting? Like it's my fault the carriers aren't carrying? Or the sellers are fake asf

Do not buy from this seller auctionhub on @Whatnot this dude is a scammer. He raises the price when people are bidding and he blocks sellers before he ships orders!
@Whatnot I’ve received 2 orders in the last month that are missing items and your automated customer service will not allow me a refund for them. What kind of customer service is that?! I like the platform but I’m going to have to stop using it if this is how issues are handled
@Whatnot your seller support email keeps sending me the same bot message even after I lead out with the exact details it is looking for. Can I talk to a real person pls?? This is unacceptable.

Hey @Whatnot your app is awful at combining shipping 2nd time today I had someone go over 3oz buying 5 cards and you automatically make it 3oz and a PWE… That’s unacceptable
BEWARE @Whatnot is a scam for buyers. 2 items not turned up, one “brand new” item obviously worn and stinky and another the wrong size. All 3 sellers authorised refunds but whatnot isn’t allowing. BUYERS ARE NOT SAFE USING THIS APP
@Whatnot is great, but I finally got hozed on a purchase. The guy only shipped four statehood silver quarters, not five.
As soon as I opened it, I let him know, he replied, "Plz send pix of what u did receive im happy 2 make it rite". (his spelling). So I immediately did and waited.
The weekend went by, then the next week, so I asked him on Friday, "Did you send it ____"?
He replied, "Would you like me 2 add a random one 2 ur next order". (his spelling)
WTF? So I have to order again to receive a random coin, not the specific silver coin for my collecting, that I paid for already? Make that make sense.
I said, no, I paid for that coin. But if you don't have it, I could tell you one of the statehood quarters taht I'm still missing/not collected yet (all five of my orders were these specific silver statehood coins, so its verly obvious that am not buying 'random' quarters), or get a refund.
He told me, he showed everything was shipped (remember, it's now 10 days later) and "Unless you just want me to throw a random one in your next order. I cannot guarantee it will be one of the ones you are looking for".
I reminded that I told him immediately that I didn't get one, and that I already paid for it, and that I don't want a random coin, I want what I paid for, one that I'm missing, or a refund.
He told me to just get a refund via whatnot. But then I got the message that it was too late when I tried that.
I sent him the screenshot. Then I told him, I guess I got scammed. He told me I had no 'understanding' and that he would block me because he does deal with people like me. His words.
And I can't contact @whatnot because the support email is no longer answered (I tried). there's no phone to call, and they direct me to use the purchased item refund request, but it's too late and won't let me even message them that way.
So, I just got f'd 13 days ago I guess.
Has this ever happened to anyone. All my orders are refunding processing. I would like what i got so im just confused if my apps glitching right now or if they actually are refunding everything. @CardPurchaser@Whatnot
