@Whatnot I bought from a seller and now the account is no longer active. I’ve been trying to cancel the orders because I don’t trust it. I’ve sent a cancellation request but yall keep on saying order is delayed. I can send screenshots. Is there a way the team on here can help.

Paid for two items, received one. I have photo proof and seller DMs, but support is denying the refund because of 'account activity' filters. Is this how you protect buyers? @Whatnot

@Whatnot how does customer service work ? I won an auction for a single item, and the seller charged me twice as I won two auctions . Very unsavory business practices.. I can’t get any help for this issue. Next step on my part is to cancel transaction with my credit institution

@Whatnot the WORST seller support, over 30 emails sent not ONE reply fixing the issue. Everytime I reach out, I get a message saying that theyre actively looking into it but WEEKS pass by with no reponse. This is honestly disgusting and cant believe they would do this to their OWN sellers.

@Whatnot please help. My order came but the package was tampered with. Royal mail put it in a bag as it has been opened. I sent photos etc. Its been stuck pending review for 2 weeks.
