P130/LITER FOR DIESEL NEXT WEEK? Another double-digit surge in diesel prices is expected next week, with an increase estimated at P14 to P14.50 per liter, according to an industry source. This threatens to push diesel prices toward the P130-per-liter mark, following an increase of over P20 per liter this week.
