Also, intersex conditions do not create a 3rd sex; they are just variations within the two sexes. Think about it, there is no "3rd gamete" type.

Sex is male and female and are based on gametes. Gender is man/woman/boy/girl and are based on your sex. Gender is the term we use when describing humans by sex and age (adult vs non-adult).
