Most modern men can’t stand up for themselves at all. It doesn’t matter if he’s a millionaire or extremely handsome. If he can’t stand up for himself, he loses all attractiveness for a healthy woman.
The more men realize this, the better off society will be.
It doesn’t matter if she screams and shouts in response to a man standing up for himself to her. If he does this and it’s warranted and just, she will, deep down, respect him immensely and her attraction to him will 10X.

My inspector was very well respected & the best at their company. Doesn’t matter. They are not an expert in roofing, electric or plumbing. PERIOD. Yes I am sure there are exceptions to this rule but not many. Again; the only person who will suffer for the inspectors mistakes is the new home owner. It’s worth the extra money. I would have backed out of the sale or got the prior owner to make repairs or lower the purchase price had they done their job correctly. Mine was an FHA LOAN inspection too which is WAY STRICTER. Men specifically hate when I say this. Which is fine. I can only talk about my personal experience & hope others don’t suffer the same fate.
