Just a guy trying to order some @WhiteCastle and HATING doing so….1st the app tells me I’m not in delivery range. So I go to Grubhub and the full menu isn’t available/their app is so glitchy sometimes…. But I got em ordered finally, as long as there’s no issues 😂

@WhiteCastle it is never good when I place a mobile order and, upon picking it up, the order is wrong. When I asked the staff to remake it, they resisted until I showed the in-app order with customizations, remade it hastily and failed to honor the request. And, no apology. 😡
