$NBIS is taking incredibly confident and bold steps to become a true giant. Nebius Raises $4 Billion in Convertible Notes for AI Expansion. In my opinion, the situation is very favorable for the company. Thanks to this, $NBIS can raise money very cheaply. Investors, in turn, receive a small percentage and a call option in the event of a more than 50% increase. The situation seems win-win for both parties, but there are risks of share dilution if a decision is made to convert, as well as structural risks. Despite this, $NBIS looks extremely attractive even at current prices. If you're a long-term investor and capable of averaging, entering now wouldn't be a mistake. The safest option is to wait for the market to cool and wait for the price to move into the $73-$90 range.
