Britain spends around £37 billion a year subsidising rents because we failed to build enough social housing.
A huge amount of that money goes straight into the private rental market because there are not enough social homes.

People of African heritage have been in Britain for thousands of years.
Also are you referring to the Windrush ship or the Windrush era (1948-1971) because African people came during that time too - just not in such high numbers.
