Very disappointed @whitestores to be told ON my delivery day that there’s a problem with the couriers and I won’t be receiving my items. I had planned around this delivery and now I have no idea when it will even arrive!

@SiHawkes Hi Si, This sounds like we have shipped the order and it is making its way through the courier network. They do not update the tracking until it is scanned at your local depot. However, if you DM us your order number I can investigate this further for you.
