The first par time dropping to prone is no joke. I highly recommend the CQB Warm Up if you think you're good with a carbine, it's very humbling.

This is an interesting video. The shooting doesn’t look fancy. Or fast. But this is a par-passing 228 point CQB Warm Up as my cold start. Good shooting often looks uneventful and boring. If you see someone spraying like John Wick - well, they’re probably not hitting anything.
