@VerneBurn69 Brother, I build and renovate houses. This is why I tell everyone not to build a house. I don’t care how baller you think you are, you can’t afford to build in 2026 unless you’re ready to spend $300/sqft minimum.

If I said, “the house is 1200sqft” you would say that’s too small. If I showed you this house you would start finding reasons why it’s the perfect size.
