@SouthwestAir the crew was fabulous. The decision to send us on the plane was unacceptable. Some refunds are in order. It was a flap issue. I have flight anxiety and this has been a very traumatic experience that should have been avoided.

@SouthwestAir on flight #1924 from Denver to Little Rock. Delayed due to maintenance issues. Finally boarded 2 hours late. In the air for about an hour only to turn around because plane was actually not repaired. We will be arriving in Little Rock over 6 hours late.

@Delta we flew @AmericanAir to our destination with no issues. Now we sit in Atlanta and we have no idea where we will be sitting. This is crazy and unacceptable. This is the second time @Delta has done this to us. Do better.

@Delta you know what’s aggravating? Choosing your seats when you purchase your tickets only to show up to your connecting flight to find out you’ve been bumped out of your seats to the back of the plane. Can someone explain why?

@AmericanAir I know you get a lot of complaints, but I would just like to say that today we had an amazing experience. The flights were smooth, the gate crews were kind and competent and the flight attendants were so kind and helpful. It was a good day to fly @AmericanAir !

Recently, I’ve heard these rumors that Bill Gates owns more land in Arkansas than anyone… I don’t buy it.

@eorre_ecc They want you to function just like a pastor, do all the things a pastor would do. In fact, they usually want you to do more. They just don’t want to give you the title or give you the stage.

Other than my gender, what does a Children’s Pastor do that I do not do as a Kid Min Coordinator? If it’s not about only title, but also function, could I please have a list of “shall nots” so I don’t accidentally start doing the function of pastor?

@MaryDeMuth Losing everyone we thought were our friends. I know now that they never were truly our friends but in those moments I’ve never experienced anything quite so painful. 12 years of service and relationships and you realize they were only based on your church membership. 💔

@Whittybugjones Hi! We apologize for the change in your travel. For paid First Class that was moved to a lower cabin, you are able to request assistance after your trip. We are here for you.

@delta you can’t charge for first class and then move someone to comfort plus and charge the same. Especially if you aren’t going to serve them the same as first class.

So here I sit on the plane after paying for first class, I haven’t received my drinks, being treated like I’m asking for a favor when my ticket clearly says first class. This is not what I paid for @delta this is a bad look I want a refund, this is not ok. 2/2

@Delta Today I’ve traveled Delta. First flight Charlottesville to Atlanta smooth flight, broken air conditioner. So extremely hot. Greatly looking forward to my first class seat for the last leg of the journey only to find out the aircraft had been changed and we were bumped1/2
