Since my bicep surgery in 2019, I’ve attempted 75 Hard twice & failed. First time due to the Blues going to the Cup, alongside my lack of self control at the time (we are DEFINITELY “celebrating” tonight 🥃). Second time due to another injury. Any other time I debated tackling it, it was always “too cold out for a walk, I’ll try when it’s warmer” or “well I can’t do it then, there’s an event happening that won’t fit the lifestyle”. It wasn’t until this year that I realized it’s more than a dieting program. It’s a program designed to overcome all of the things I was trying to avoid. Yesterday was a day that gave every excuse to say “f*ck it, I’ll start tomorrow.” Things that were supposed to get done Tuesday had to get done in the morning, workload got hectic, and it was f*cking cold & rainy out. I don’t need this program to get in shape - I’m in the best shape I’ve been in since said surgery in 2019 (could I be in better shape? F*cking duh. Couldn’t we all?) I need to sharpen the iron, so to speak. I need to be held accountable to make sure ALL of my sh*t gets handled w/ zero excuses to get in my way. Day 1 sh*t got done. Clocking in for Day 2 🫡 ✌️

I see so many spots get blown just because some wrestlers want to move at lightning speed & blame their opponents instead of working in unison to make it happen.
