@BarbaraYetaxa Exactly, it's the sort of thinking that most often comes from executives at the top ("Why aren't we using AI? Put AI in it somewhere!") while those on the ground have to react and rationalize to get things done. Blame the bosses.

@WhoMinusContext I agree absolutely no one should be attacked but…someone in the creative team did make the decision to use that technology, it didn’t just randomly spawn on the screen

While the AI "upscaling" in the recent Collection box sets is very disappointing, don't attack anyone involved in their creation. These decisions are often outside of their control so complain to BBC Studios, not them.
