@DavidCayJ Misleading. Mississippi is considered the "poorest" state. Its population is 3 million and 18.7% poverty rate, Cali has 39 million, but a 13.2% poverty rate. That is a 13/1 population ratio. Meaning, it takes 13 more poor families in cali to equal the same 1% as mississippi.

During covid, we needed an immediate solution.  A vaccine.  If we could inhibit the spread, covid would fade into oblivion.   The pharmaceutical companies frantically went to work.  There obviously would be no time for testing or to go through the typical process of years of clinical testing by an independent firm. We are no longer in the grip of a pandemic.  We now HAVE time to put the vaccines through the proper FDA process.  Can anyone find any indication that Moderna, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer et al are currently executing the proper process? Especially this part copied from the 100 user old FDA drug approval procedure: "Clinical trials. The FDA requires rigorous testing of vaccines through a series of clinical trials to make sure they work and are safe before authorizing or approving them for the public. The laboratories that conduct the trials are independent from the vaccine companies and the government, so the information they convey to the FDA for its approval process is not biased." Anyone?
