I would say I got scammed at aspen dental in November where they charge me $921 to pull a tooth. I found a place called affordable dentures that’s an hour from me that’s doing it for $150. Makes me sick. Sucks I have to wait till Friday but hopefully this place can help me along with getting dentures because my teeth have been messaged up since birth which has made everything hard.

@KeirsPuppet @ActivePatriotUK Sounds like you’re being robbed.
That amount you could own shares in stocks and grow your own for less than that 👀💚

@ActivePatriotUK 100quid is a small, month on mine 90grams is best part of 450 a month.

My cannabis prescription which stops me having fits and gets me out the front door is over £100 a month, No fixed prescription charges for me and I get no help from the NHS.
Can you put a price cap on medical cannabis next?

@bones7141 @autopotusa Good day good friend 🫡.
We’ve been busy here making it home but it’s not 😆🙃
Kids are great and we are doing well I’ve been quiet here as there’s a lot going on.
Haven’t seen you on the feed either
Love to Mrs B and to you of course
Gardens looking great 💚

@Whowaa @autopotusa Hey, thank you my friend. I don't see you in my feed any longer. I'll try getting back in. We hope you guys are getting comfortable in your new pad. Are you? Stay in touch

I've been seeing a lot of crazy stuff. 150 for a quarter, 200 for an eighth.
Instead of buying a couple of ounces at those prices, you could set up an entire grow and get a Cannatrol.
I don't know about everybody else, but my favorite thing to do is give people weed. The cost to me is very small, and the joy they get is immense.
Nothing brightens someone's day like a big sack of terpy bud.

@autopotusa But many are lazy and have been taught it’s not easy growing weed.
Nothing better than you’re own produce 🤙🏼💚

Now while PH determines what nutes can be uptaken, EC determines what nutes are available to be uptaken.
EC will save you from burning or starving your plants.
This is a general guide from coco for cannabis and is useful for us to see the nute demand at the different stages of cannabis growth.
Seedling / Clone
Input 0.4 – 0.5
Runoff 0.4 – 0.8
Early Veg
1.1 – 1.4
1.1 – 1.6
Late Veg
1.2 – 1.5
1.2 – 1.7
Early Flower
1.1 – 1.4
1.1 – 1.6
Mid / Late Flower
1.3 – 1.6
1.3 – 1.9
Ripen (last 2 weeks)
0.8 – 1.1
0.8 – 1.3
Flush (final 5–10 days)
0.0 – 0.2 (plain pH’d water)
< 0.5
Key rules for your setup (coco-specific):
Always prioritize runoff EC over a rigid number — it tells you what’s actually in the root zone. If runoff is > +0.4 above input → increase runoff volume (aim 15–30 %), feed more frequently, or drop input EC slightly.
If runoff is lower than input → plants are hungry → safe to raise EC next feed.
Start at the low end of any range and ramp based on plant response (leaf color, tip burn, etc.). Strain genetics and your specific nutrients make a big difference — some love 2.0+ in late flower, others burn at 1.5.
High-frequency fertigation (daily or 2–3×/day) lets you safely run the higher end of ranges because salts don’t build up as much.

PH vs EC in coco.
Just took my PH reading for my plants growing in coco that are in day 24 of flower. Input was around the 6.1 mark.
6.2 is the DTW (drain to waste).
Most coco growers consider anything within ~0.3–0.5 of the input pH as “spot on”.
However PH is NOT the primary determining factor in coco for determining problems, EC is.
EC (Electrical Conductivity) is a measurement of salts aka nutes available to the plant.
Runoff EC within ~0.2–0.3 of input = spot on.
Runoff EC +0.4 or higher = slight buildup (increase runoff % or feed a bit less next time).
Runoff EC lower than input = plants are hungry (safe to raise EC slightly).
Bottom line:
EC keeps your plants fed at the right strength without toxicity; pH just needs to stay in the broad 5.8–6.3 window at the input.
That’s why coco growers obsess over EC meters far more than pH pens once the system is dialed.
This is a big reason why coco growers water every day.
High-frequency fertigation (daily or more) keeps EC stable better than every-other-day watering.

Unfortunately I’ve had a big sponsor pull out this year 🥹
I have loads of space on the bike!
If anyone would like to get involved I’ll be racing at Oilvers Mount, Southern 100 and the Manx GP this year.
Sponsorship packages start at £50 for a name or company logo on both bikes for this year.
If you’d like to help or in any way please drop me an email azz1e85@yahoo.co.uk
Thank you!

@Skriptkeeper17 Because if the British people knew what the royal family did to Diana they would storm the palace with more fury than the storming of Versailles.
