Takeaways from the Spurs Game 2 loss vs. Oklahoma City: - The Spurs played probably about as badly as they could and the Thunder were on the ropes all game - De'Aaron Fox, I hope that ankle is ready by Friday, because you are very much needed - Stephon Castle simultaneously kept both teams in the game, he was so good but yet so bad - Thank you Devin Vassell for showing up from deep, we need you to keep that going - Julian Champagnie has to figure it out, if he's not hitting threes you can make the argument for Carter Bryant - Keldon Johnson's tunnel vision with the ball in his hands is just running through he can ending with a bad shot or turnover - I'm not sure why there was so little looks for Victor Wembanyama, they got him going in the third, but that has to be for 48 minutes - Did they forget how to take care of the basketball? For the 2nd straight game of the WCF, the biggest winner (outside of the team that actually won the game) was the Knicks. This is going to be a 7 game war that finds the victor operating at far less than 100% going into the Finals. A Knicks title is a very real possibility.
