These jokers😂😂😂 The Premier League are so pathetic.
Sorry we broke your big 6 mould you corrupt mugs.
Leicester Xtra@XtraLeicester
The Premier League are seeking a further ONE point deduction for Leicester City. @dsj_itv
English

So that confirms Leicester’s relegation then, the Premier League will do everything in their power to punish us again in the same season.
When it comes to Man City however? They couldn’t care less.
John Percy@JPercyTelegraph
New - Premier League and #lcfc have both appealed against the 6-point deduction imposed on Leicester on Feb 5. Premier League seeking a sanction for late submission of accounts while Leicester - in the Championship's bottom 3 - are contesting it. PL aim to resolve this season

@ASAP_Pain_ @Hybridathlete You might be the coolest and strongest guy in the world
English

@Whyte11Ben @Hybridathlete They’re not objectively high and they’re extremely achievable for anyone who isn’t fat and lazy. I might start deadlifting just to rep 550 again to show hybrid boy how easy it is
English

Yes they are. Just because they aren't heavy lifts for fat competitive powerlifters doesn't mean they aren't heavy lifts for 99.9% of men.
Sam Krapf@sam_gzstrength
500lbs isn't a heavy deadlift and 405 isn't a heavy squat
English

@ASAP_Pain_ @Hybridathlete Just wouldn’t comment about objectively high weights like you’re some Adonis is all champ
English

@Whyte11Ben @Hybridathlete What’s your point here? It’s 10 AM for you so don’t you have a job to be doing?
English

@ASAP_Pain_ @Hybridathlete Sweet bro, good to know you used to be strong and jacked
English

@Whyte11Ben @Hybridathlete Yeah mate that’s what 270 lbs looks like at 6’8”. I looked a lot better and lifted a lot more when I was wrestling in college. In fact that’s where I deadlifted 500 lbs for the first time when I was 19.
English

@Hybridathlete I know how to read between the lines hybrid boy. And we do not compare ourselves to 99.9% of the population. We compare ourselves to other people our size who also lift. It is egotistical and moronic to do otherwise.
English

@crocdundee69 @drmeinoz @ChrisSymon1 @centralNRL Yep but some are similar or have similar facts which is how we create something called precedent which are followed in similar cases. This precedent doesn’t apply to the current case because the facts are not sufficiently similar
English

Parramatta have told rivals they’re open to moving Zac Lomax to any club for the right compensation.
What are your best win-win trade ideas across the NRL?
• Any club
• Player(s) + cash welcome
• Keep it realistic
Format example ⬇️
Cowboys receive: Lomax + cash
Eels receive: [player]
Let’s hear them 👇
English

@drmeinoz @crocdundee69 @ChrisSymon1 @centralNRL That seems to be a misunderstanding as well. If they’re arguing the legitimacy of it they are quite literally arguing whether or not a contract was formed.
English

@Whyte11Ben @crocdundee69 @ChrisSymon1 @centralNRL I don’t know how it’s so hard to understand. He has a contract.
The fact they are arguing the legitimacy of it, still says there a contract.
English

@drmeinoz @crocdundee69 @ChrisSymon1 @centralNRL Wouldn’t use AI on anything remotely relating to the law just as a general rule.
English

@crocdundee69 @Whyte11Ben @ChrisSymon1 @centralNRL AI is a marvellous tool
Here’s what grok has to say about it.

English

@crocdundee69 @drmeinoz @ChrisSymon1 @centralNRL Yep but has a contract (fresh, new, separate contract from his playing one) signed with the Eels that says he will not sign with another NRL team for 3 years.
English

@crocdundee69 @drmeinoz @ChrisSymon1 @centralNRL I mean you didn’t read it mate. You’re talking about a case where a player’s contract expired and the rules of the league prohibited him moving. Lomax has mutually agreed to a conditional release. Not even remotely similar and wouldn’t be something his lawyers cite.
English

@crocdundee69 @drmeinoz @ChrisSymon1 @centralNRL Didn’t read the case you cited. This relates to a part time footballer who wasn’t even contract to the club. ChatGPT user?
English

@drmeinoz @Whyte11Ben @ChrisSymon1 @centralNRL If your interested - here is the authority - Buckley v Tutty (1971)
English

@UnqualifiedRL @ramonz_c @Whyte11Ben @ChrisSymon1 @centralNRL The biggest problem for the Eels is anything less than total victory is a loss. Courts always looking to make judgements that offer a bit both ways
English

@crocdundee69 @ramonz_c @Bgal1486 @ChrisSymon1 @centralNRL And he wouldn’t be able to. He’s going to the court to say this agreement I signed in order to break another agreement I signed (following me also breaking another agreement I signed) isn’t fair. Good luck to him.
English

@Whyte11Ben @ramonz_c @Bgal1486 @ChrisSymon1 @centralNRL All Lomax needs to prove on the day is whether an interim injunction is disproportionately oppressive
English

@crocdundee69 @ramonz_c @Bgal1486 @ChrisSymon1 @centralNRL They need to prove their contract is legally enforceable. They do not need to prove that Melbourne signing Lomax causes some loss (although that is a very simple and obviously easy thing to establish)
English

@ramonz_c @Whyte11Ben @Bgal1486 @ChrisSymon1 @centralNRL Parra need to define what their loss is. Very easy for Lomax to define his loss, Eels are going to struggle.
English

@crocdundee69 @ramonz_c @Bgal1486 @ChrisSymon1 @centralNRL They are asking the court to force Lomax to comply with the non-compete.
English

@ramonz_c @Bgal1486 @Whyte11Ben @ChrisSymon1 @centralNRL All those players are signed with other clubs. So are Eels asking the court to make an order to force another club to terminate a player contract and order said player to play for Eels against their wishes? They will order financial compensation at best
English

@crocdundee69 @ramonz_c @ChrisSymon1 @centralNRL I doubt NRL are a party to the non-compete. No the Eels are not a party to his potential contract with the Storm, but Lomax is in breach of his contract with the Eels if he signs it. Eels have already used the cap and arranged their team without Lomax.
English

@ramonz_c @Whyte11Ben @ChrisSymon1 @centralNRL Eels are not a party to the contract for Lomax new employment agreement. They should not of released him, or they should force him to come back. Why don't Eels want him back? What is with that
