Earlier this month, nearly 500 Wisconsin scientists gathered at MCW for the inaugural Wisconsin Science Education and Research (WiSER) Conference! Hosted by the WiSER Consortium in collaboration with MCW, the conference gave students, fellows, and faculty from 32 different schools the chance to learn about the innovative science and biomedical research happening across #Wisconsin. The conference also gave trainee scientists the unique opportunity to disseminate their science, inspire collaboration, and promote networking with colleagues. #MedEd #MedicalEducation #Biomedicine #Science #Research

@WiSERConsortium conference took place at MCW, lots of interesting posters were presented. Dr. Sean Carroll’s opening keynote was really impressive. We trainees got a comprehensive idea of the biotech industry environment in Wisconsin from @BioForward. Really a Nice experience!
