The last week or so, I've been dealing with what felt like an extremely overwhelming amount of stress and anxiety. Today, I learned that part of that was due to my situation at my desk. My chair was causing bruising, and I was just sitting in pain (without realizing)

@ZBXanile New chair needed indeed lol. I've never been better! Other than a minor elbow injury after climbing 😅
