We just opened 10 new roles at @frecfinance.
The company is going through an inflection point, and we need to scale the team. Here are the roles we’re hiring for and why I’m excited about each one:
Backend engineers (3) - Probably our biggest bottleneck today. Help us scale our infrastructure, improve system reliability, and accelerate product development.
Frontend engineers (2) - Work through an exciting list of customer requests to improve the user experience and build features thousands of customers are waiting for.
Growth PM (1) - This will be our very first product management hire at Frec. You’ll work closely with me, our CTO, our lead designer, and our head of growth to develop and execute growth strategies with a lot of autonomy.
Quant researcher (1) - Every strategy we launch is grounded in financial research. You’ll help design and validate new strategies, work closely with engineering to turn research into products, and publish the research foundation that customers love reading.
Customer success (1) - Be the conduit between customers and the team. You’ll play an important role in helping us understand customer needs and prioritize what we build.
Account executive / product specialist (1) - As a licensed professional on the team, you’ll work closely with our largest customers to help them understand how Frec’s product suite can fit their needs.
Compliance (1) - Help ensure our marketing and sales materials comply with SEC, FINRA, and tax-related requirements. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute across customer success and operations.

We are hiring🍩 Donut Labs is exploring agentic safety and self-evolution in non-stationary heavy-tailed financial markets, in close collaboration with our AI brockage product D0(getdonut.ai).
We are looking for a Research Engineer (either fulltime or internship welcome) to deeply engage in this co-development under the feedback of real markets and real users.
The expected scope includes:
* Iterate on evals: building an agent and optimizing in financial markets both require iteratively making numbers that make sense and making numbers higher.
* Iterate on research: safety is essential for high-stake financial industry and the financial market provides ideal non-stationary feedback for self-evolution.

@tonychenAI @KleePay definitely , humans make mistakes during payments . But i think you are building this for corporates where amount are huge , i am correct ? and there , i don't think humans make mistakes 😅 . Because i day to day life , people can bear losses but not on big grounds 😀

the question is whether AI can operate within better controls than humans.

AI agents are moving from answering questions to taking actions, but the moment an agent needs to spend money, the stack breaks.
you either give it raw payment credentials, which is unsafe, or you keep a human in the loop, which breaks automation.
@KleePay exists for the third path, we are building the control layer between AI agents and real-world payments, agents should not hold card numbers, private keys, or open-ended financial authority.
they should be able to request permission to spend, within clear rules: amount, merchant, time window, card, and workflow context.
cards are the bridge.
control is the product.
