@OliConstable Were these homeowners offered first refusal for purchasing the freehold? In the case of Goulden v Milne the flat owners successfully claimed the right to buy the freehold from Milne at the price he had purchased it for. All these homeowners should collectively apply for the same

@MouseInTheCourt Brilliant article - an incredible piece of journalism, it makes a shocking read from so many perspectives. If Milne is found guilty of harassment in Jan I think he would be struck off, given he would have a criminal record? This man needs bringing to justice for so much more.
