@Luke313131 @rebzeleanor As much as I'd be annoyed if I was Rebecca, I don't think there's a lot you can do if it's public realm and not copyrighted. Maybe bung a copyright watermark on the photos (annoying I know), then could report for infringement to have them removed (or it puts them off using).

Anyone know of a way I can stop that awful Football Away Days Facebook account from using my photos because they do it ALL THE TIME and the comments section on these Facebook pages are so vile full of disgusting weirdos

@OliConstable Were these homeowners offered first refusal for purchasing the freehold? In the case of Goulden v Milne the flat owners successfully claimed the right to buy the freehold from Milne at the price he had purchased it for. All these homeowners should collectively apply for the same
