This bobcat used this ephemeral creek at least six times over the space of a month to hunt and also mark the rock. Again I can't thank @WildlifeFound for the donation of this camera (hence the name).

I could not reach the old diversion camera on Sunday. I pretty much has to swim to it but I forgot bolt cutters and the lock on the python wouldn't budge. I am sure it's long gone by now but that's to @WildlifeFound a new camera was put out to continue monitoring the diversion.

I’ve been working on this barn owl box this weekend. Hoping to paint it white by Thursday so it can be deployed at a water control structure that will benefit from its presence by providing a better location for barn owls to nest than the structure itself.

Saddened to learn that MK, a female bald eagle, has died after ingesting lethal rat poison. This session, Rep. Hawkins and I filed legislation to crack down on rodenticides harming our wildlife. We can do more to protect bald eagles, raptors, + our ecosystem.

Corn #snake road removal about three houses down from my house. I definitely have a few people on this road that would flatten a snake (any snake) just laying out in the road, so I’m glad I saw it first. @WildlifeFound
