Worth noting when @edfenergy had a similar problem in our last property they were able to answer this question promptly and fix the issue

@OctopusEnergy thanks to your team we have had no working gas meter since April, no one has yet been able to tell me how you will calculate our gas bill, I've made numerous calls and sent emails. Appalling customer service
