I’m now on low-dose meds like an old person. Here’s the thing: I want this under control ASAP. If you’ve dealt with high BP, what’s worked fastest to bring it down? Fasting? Working out? Walking? Don't tell me - go back to a W2. If you’re a health pro (or have been there), chime in. I need ideas.
