@virginmedia The most helpful thing that you could do now is have a senior member of staff ring me.

@virginmedia Nothing, this is the issue, John. They have no solution to a seemingly simple problem. I have not received my equipment and the engineer hasn’t turn up. Twice. It takes hours to get through to CS who are not helpful.

@virginmedia customer service has been god awful tonight. I haven’t been able to watch my tv for a week now. Your useless CS assistants are unable to resolve the issue. I am also waiting for kit to be delivered - what is going on!!

@virginmedia Of course, A month ago I upgraded - I am still waiting for my additional TV box and an engineer installation date. I was told this would happen on two occasions and both time no engineer arrived.I have been without our tv service for over a week - fault CS2004.

@TicketmasterCS I am waiting for a refund for tickets. It’s been well over the 15 working day and my provider is stating that no refund has been process. I could really do with speak to an actual human on the phone

@TicketmasterCS Yeah, I’ve looked at my DM and you offer no solution. Some idiot your end has sent my refund to an account not linked to me. A simple phone call could solve the issue, but your inadequate company have removed all phone contact. I am current £132 down. Livid.

1/2 It is with great sadness that I share the news that our club President and Groundsman, Bill Dolman passed away last week. The family have asked me to share details of his funeral. This will be on Wednesday 8th September at 2.30pm at Semington Crematorium.
