It's funny how all the pollsters are saying "THIS IS A TOSSUP" i.e. "Reading this content is completely pointless, you're better off ignoring it" and yet we're all "Tell us more, tell us more of your enchanting data-based stories!"

@SpaJw If these polls are right, it’s more likely that the polling in the swing states is underestimating Harris (and that states like Florida, Ohio, Texas etc could be competitive). But these polls may well not be right. Basically, the polling is screwed, but no one knows exactly how.

Surely this is very bad news for Harris. If she's this close in red states and the national polls are basically tied, she must be doing terribly in swing states. Or am I missing something?

BREAKING: I've been writing all day about the first polls coming out in *non*-battleground red states and showing how many of them are indicating Harris at 40%+. Nebraska, Montana, South Carolina, Missouri, Alaska. I was waiting for the first Kansas poll and... ...holy sh*t?
