I don't have a link yet, but "this just in." The @brandeiscenter secured a landmark settlement requiring UC Berkeley to end discriminatory “anti-Zionist” boycotts and take steps to prevent campus antisemitism. The settlement mandates that the law school rescind discriminatory bylaws, prohibit student organizations from excluding Zionists regardless of speech topic, adopt the IHRA definition of antisemitism, and require anti-discrimination training, stronger discipline, and enhanced protections for Jewish and Israeli students.
