@EE what's going on with your service? I can't use my mobile data and I'm having trouble calling people

@SubwayUK Went into the restaurant at Ravenhead Retail Park in St Helens yesterday and no staff were wearing masks, I get that they can be uncomfortable but surely face shields could be worn instead?

@Virgin I'm from St Helens, Merseyside and my internet has been terrible for nearly a week. What's going on? Are you looking into it?

@northernassist Now the driver can't even be located. Why does this only happen on northern services!? How do you loose a driver!? It should be criminal to operate a service as bad as you do.

@northernassist Once again the 17:23 service from Manchester Piccadilly to Liverpool is stuck at Oxford road due to a train driver being delayed on another train.... surely this can be planned better? It happens so often It's ridiculous!

@nationalrailenq thanks for showing the 07:52 from lea green to Manchester as cancelled... I left later to get the next one only to find thay the 52 wasn't cancelled but delayed so i just missed it... what's the point in your service if you're not even accurate?

@northernassist Why don't your trains have air conditioning? Every other operator I've used does. No air con in this heat, with a packed train (because you keep putting on less carriages) is almost unbearable and is not worth how much we pay for tickets!

@northernassist love sitting at Oxford road on a cramped boiling train with no air con whilst waiting for a conductor who's "stuck on another train". Fyi the train was supposed to depart at 16:26. Thanks for being as broken and unreliable as usual.
