Hello Will. I'm very sorry to hear this happened. Please know that Visa does not issue payment products. All Visa cards, including gift cards are issued and managed through the financial institutions (the banks). Therefore, Visa does not have access or have any jurisdiction over cardholder accounts. In order to investigate this issue, I recommend contacting the card issuer using the number located on the back of the card. ~RM

Apparently when you try to spend a couple thousand dollars on a @Visa credit card, they prevent it, even after you've manually authorized it. Thankfully, @AmericanExpress worked the first attempt.

After years, I just broke up with @ChatGPTapp and started a paid relationship with @claudeai. Kicking myself for not doing this sooner.

When I first moved to Atlanta, my boss took me to Ted's Montana Grill downtown. We walked in and the greeter/host was so friendly. My boss asked if I knew who it was, but I had no idea. It was Ted Turner. Seemed like a very down to earth guy. RIP.
