@AustinJustice OK. But, who handles prosecution of these habitual offenders? Based on an opinion from the Tx Court of Crim Appeals, the AG has very narrow, limited authority to prosecute. So, if these cases go back to the same feckless, reckless DA, the refusal to prosecute will continue. HELP!

Some good news. Gov Greg Abbott responded to my reporting in Dec about repeat offenders by calling for state authority to step in when local DAs refuse to act. Many Austinites, including victims, responded positively, and Elon Musk called it “a great idea.” Now Abbott is expanding the Texas Repeat Offender Task Force to Austin. This means DPS, TX Rangers, and feds will build a target list of Austin’s violent repeat offenders already out on bond, probation, or parole, then go arrest them. The premise is sound: most crime is committed by the same small group of people, over and over, but being let out by ideological prosecutors and judges who refuse to enforce the law.

Gov. Greg Abbott, responding to my reporting on a repeat Austin offender who threatened a school after being arrested and released dozens of times, is calling for a Chief State Prosecutor who could step in when local DAs refuse to act. Under current Texas law, nearly all prosecutorial power sits with local district attorneys, even when cases are repeatedly declined, no trials are held, and accountability never comes. @elonmusk weighed in, calling the proposal “a great idea.”

Yesterday I paid an $8,354.25 fine for breaking quorum last year— and I’d do it again in a heartbeat. Protecting HD 139’s voting rights was never a question. No legislator should face a penalty for defending democracy, but if that’s what it takes, the people I serve are worth it

The last time @chiproytx worked in the Texas Attorney General’s office, he was escorted out of the building. AG @KenPaxtonTX gave him a choice: be fired or resign. The reason was his continued insubordination to AG Paxton. Ken Paxton was recently overheard in an audio clip saying, “I’m going to vote for @mayes_middleton” and that he “could not imagine [Chip Roy] stepping into that role.” I’m casting my vote for Mayes Middleton, too.

🚨 EXCLUSIVE 🚨 I have obtained new evidence regarding Thomas Massie @RepThomasMassie taking romantic trips to South Africa with two different women: his accuser Cynthia West AND for his honeymoon with his now-wife. There's an important piece of corroborating evidence to support the new allegations made against Congressman Massie today by Cynthia West. West has accused Rep. Thomas Massie of pressuring her for sexual acts, and then retaliating against her after she rejected him. She claims he allegedly got her fired from working at a Congressional office, and later offered her cash, an NDA and hush money to stay quiet. In her sworn, videotaped deposition, she stated that after they started dating in the fall of 2024, Massie took her to South Africa as part of a "political" trip to the country. Through research, I found evidence that Massie gave multiple interviews while in South Africa in late November 2024, which aligns with West's timeline. But, what nobody has reported yet is that Massie returned to the country one year later, in November 2025, for what someone who appears to be a close friend of Massie's described as his "honeymoon” with his new wife. RECEIPTS BELOW 👇🏻 On November 19, 2025, Instagram account "kerrydoesvegas," which belongs to Kerry Welsh, posted a message: "Enjoy your well-deserved honeymoon Thomas Massie, and say hi to all our friends in Joburg & Cape Town!" Kerry Welsh is a retired entrepreneur and longtime Reason Foundation board member. According to his bio on @reason, “He sold his company WelCom Products in 2013 to Las Vegas billionaire Phil Ruffin who— in a touch of irony—is best friends and business partners with Donald Trump.” Kerry’s post was posted at the exact same time Massie was giving a speech at a Libertarian event in South Africa (because he's America First of course!). Weeks earlier, on October 28, 2025, Kerry Welsh posted a casual photo of himself and Massie at Red Rock Canyon outside of Las Vegas, describing the Congressman as "my Sassie houseguest." It appears that not only is Cynthia West telling the truth about the South Africa trip, but Massie found it to be so romantic, he returned to South Africa for his honeymoon with a different woman just one year later. Welsh also attended Massie’s wedding and posted a video of himself at Massie’s wedding on Instagram. Immediately after returning from South Africa, Cynthia West appears to have started working for Massie's close friend, Rep. Victoria Spartz, as of December 2024. @RepSpartz She stopped working for Rep. Spartz in March of 2025 according to records. See records below. 👇🏻 Was this Cynthia West’s consolation gift to keep Cynthia quiet? It sure seems that way. President Trump was right. Massie moves on from women very fast. It looks like the man who has been falsely accusing President Trump of sexual impropriety as it pertains to Jeffrey Epstein has some sexual skeletons in his own closet… RECEIPTS 👇🏻

I’ve seen a lot of misinformation spreading from large accounts that clearly do not understand the Karmelo Anthony case. I’ll be addressing much of that soon in an upcoming X Space. But one thing I want to make absolutely clear is the misinformation surrounding Judge Roach. There are judges who should not be on the bench. There are judges who protect criminals and let offenders walk away with light sentences. Judge Roach is not one of them. You may have seen that he imposed very strict rules for the courtroom during the Anthony trial. Those rules exist because of threats, doxxing, swatting, and the targeting of witnesses involved in this case, including minors. The Metcalf family has been targeted more than any victim’s family I have ever seen. It is unprecedented. I’ll get more into this during the Space I’ll be holding toward the end of the month, right before I leave to cover the trial. Starting June 1, I’ll be in Frisco for the duration of the trial. Judge Roach is a conservative Republican. He handled the case of Azizi-Yarand, a former Plano West Senior High School student who plotted a mass shooting at Frisco’s Stonebriar Centre and other locations, sentencing him to 20 years in prison. He has shown no leniency toward those who harm children. In one case I reviewed, he sentenced a child sex offender to life in prison without parole. He has also shown strong support for the veteran community. Roach is a strict, no-nonsense judge who will not allow his courtroom to be turned into a circus. So far, Anthony supporters - and a few people on the right, including Jake Lang - have turned everything into a race-baiting circus filled with slander, lies, bogus petitions, and targeted email campaigns. Judge Roach will make sure that stops at the courtroom door. If there is one judge who could be the best-case scenario for this trial, it is Judge Roach. Do your due diligence and research him before spreading nonsense about Judge Roach “protecting Karmelo.” RIP Austin Metcalf. A11 in.

Dolly Parton earned over $10 million in royalties from Whitney Houston’s iconic version of "I Will Always Love You." She used the money to invest in an office complex in a historically Black neighborhood in Nashville. Calling it a heartfelt tribute, Dolly said: “This is the house that Whitney built.”

@DrGram76 @SarahisCensored This is about his work as a judge. Judges are expected to adhere to a high standard of conduct & avoid even the mere appearance of ethical conflicts. Judge Roach falls well short of meeting those standards. Try to keep up.

⚜️ The Thomas Massie Files Have Been Released, & They're Quite Disturbing ⚜️ Cynthia West, a Florida School Board candidate for Okaloosa County District 5 has been carrying a secret, & she didn't know who to turn to for advice about how to handle it. So, she met up with @marcuscarey, a prominent Kentucky attorney, to seek advice & he interviewed her where she agreed to go on the record with what has been unfolding in her life, involving Thomas Massie, another Congresswoman, attempts to bribe with cash & silence with an NDA. Two months after Massie's wife, Rhonda, passed away, she entered into a romantic relationship with him, which was in August, 2024. Totally normal behavior from a new Widower. The pair went on trips & she'd visit him in Kentucky, in Rhonda's home. Things heated up pretty between them, & he gave her a promise ring. Things were going great between them. In fact, Thomas helped West get a job working for Indiana Rep. Victoria Spartz. This way, she could travel to DC to spend more time with him while she was there. Then, the relationship took a weird turn. He began requesting she do s*x acts for him that made her uncomfortable. When she refused & objected to it, she expressed that he became angry & emotionally abusive towards her. West ended the relationship, but continued working for Rep. Spartz. Shortly after the breakup, she said she got a text saying she was fired. Cynthia stated she never got written up, or did anything to warrant this other than expressing concern for Spartz' well-being, so she went to Ethics to put in a complaint. Then, she notified Thomas that he would be named in this report. She said he got very angry, & said to her: "you're just one person, you can't make a difference, & you need to just walk away." Cynthia said he then did what any other principled conservative would do: he tried to bribe her with $5,000 in cash & wanted her to sign an NDA. Cynthia refused the cash & the NDA. Cynthia said Massie has cash that he calls "cow money", which is untraceable & that he doesn't report it. Who knew, the guy who demands transparency in DC, did all he could to be the least transparent in this situation. Same goes for the guy who acted disgusted about Epstein survivors being silenced, yet he tried to bribe off a woman he mistreated in order to prevent this from seeing the light of day. I think the DOJ should investigate this "cow money." It's safe to say Massie is done, & this explains A LOT!

@Bowtiedplayer I am going Middleton. I voted for Reitz in the first round but he did not make it. I think Chip Roy has good rhetoric but I am skeptical of him given his anti-Trumpness in his house tenure. I feel Middleton also has a good platform without the baggage of Roy.

@grayzoneintel @Bowtiedplayer @aaron_reitz Reitz endorsed Middleton because he's looking for a job @ OAG. A job that will not happen if Chip Roy wins. It's nothing more complicated than that. Don't take my word for it. Just consider Aaron Reitz's own words on Middleton before he needed him.

While I was asleep this morning, just before 8am, my neighbor sat outside drinking his coffee and watched my turned-off, parked Infiniti QX80 roll out of the driveway, through my fence, across the backyard, and flip upside down by the golf course while golfers stood there watching like it was the back nine at Augusta. Hope everybody’s Mother’s Day is going at least a little smoother than my family’s!
