@mjhamada I read the ‘Chimp Paradox’ by Dr Steve Peters and am lucky enough to now having him working with my school. Game changer when it comes to managing your personal and professional emotions and relationships.

I am in a little bit of a rut with the feeling I am being quick to be mistrusting and weary and lacking in empathy and patience. I am angry, but not really sure why or where this change is coming from. Is anyone else here or have you moved through - what helped?

@Greg_Dryer @All_thingsPE They are only transfer if they are taught explicitly, unfortunately most Pe Teachers and curriculums assume they are learnt through osmosis. Nothing we teach is transferable if it is taught in isolation, that’s why we teach through concepts and in a trandisciplinary framework
