I just spent my first weekend in the hospice facility... this will be my home now... I had to break my lease and the apartment must be emptied by May 1 to avoid penalties... my hospice room is about the size of a prison cell so there is some good stuff in the apartment...

I've been beaten the hell up by this place in the last 2 weeks... today my finger got crushed in a wheelchair for about 3 minutes... probably broken (considering it looked like a cartoon injury)... perfect way to come back from my vacation Monday... I need a fuckin beer!

in the past week, I've fallen up the stairs while doing physical therapy, I was unconscious for hours and had to be revived by the nurses, and I fell in the shower and smacked my head on a ladder... not having a good time lately

to all those who have been insisting that determination and motivation can increase or cure my health issues, my leg crumbled on the stairs in physical therapy today... my insides have failed my outsides and the PT & OT told me there's nothing they can do and I should go home
