We had a main break late yesterday near our plant. As we continue the repair, more customers will be affected. We apologize for the inconvenience as we work safely and as quickly as possible to complete the repair and restore water service.

Water distribution sites will be open until 8 p.m. and will re-open at 8 a.m. tomorrow, Saturday, Sept. 14. Each family will receive half a pack of water per day. Vulnerable citizens who are unable to travel to a distribution site can call 311 at (423) 643-6311.
