Spoke to @GlosRoads @Ringway_UK worker who was surveying broken slabs on Winchcombe St for replacement. Asked if the tarmac infills were being replaced at same time but they weren’t planned, despite having been there for over 6 months (s70(4) NRSWA 1991) so he agreed to add them.
