Big news : President Trump nominated Kevin Warsh to replace Jerome Powell as chair of the Federal Reserve.
This is a BIG deal for real estate investors.
Warsh is widely viewed as more skeptical of prolonged high interest rates and more open to policy shifts if inflation cools. That matters because rates drive cap rates, values, and debt service.
In other words… he’s gonna push to lower rates. Assuming he’s confirmed … maybe we’ll see 4% interest rates again!?

While this is in Miami, this will not be a home game for the Hurricanes in terms of crowd. Indiana will make up more than 65% of the people in the seats for the Natty. Price in next week depends on how many of them will want to travel. Has very little to do with Miami fans.

Disappointed the season ended that way for Miami but the arrow is up on this program. Had their chances but special teams mistake, couldn't get IU off field on 4th down nor cover Becker on key back shoulder throws. That one will hurt them for a while.

As part of the PGA Tour's "returning member program," Koepka must donate $5 million to charity and is ineligible to participate in the PGA Tour's equity program (potentially resulting in a loss of $50M+ in equity value).
Bryson DeChambeau, Jon Rahm, and Cameron Smith are also eligible to rejoin the PGA Tour — access is only being granted to players who have won a major or the Players since 2022 — but there is a deadline.
This program is open only for the next three weeks, and there is no guarantee it will reopen after February 2nd.
