Bought my little house built in 66’ 3.5 years ago. From day one, thought of retrofitting a wine fridge into a linen closet. Thanks to #universalappliances @Liebherr and the best handyman (pm for his info) my vision came through! Few more touches and project done!

@LizGabayMW No, just that everyone has different ideas of what each name means. I think that's what the Nuancier tries to standardize, but I not sure how many people know of it.

Colour can be so subjective, n'est-ce pas? I would categorize this rosé as pale salmon, but I think the Centre du Rosé nuancier may consider it more "peach" or "melon". #roseallday #winophiles

@LizGabayMW I have really enjoyed rosé from Languedoc and Roussillon in fact! I think in the US we get more côtes de Provence than anything else. Big market! #winophiles

#Provence is one of the finest standard bearers for rosé. Do you have a favorite appellation that expresses the purity, freshness, and terroir of the region? #Winophiles

@Culinary_Cam If you want cold, head to Ottawa, where it was a chilly -26° Celsius (-15° F) this week. That's why I prefer to be in the Caribbean ☺️

#Winophiles. Wondering When Winter Will Arrive... but I happily sipped a Provençe Rosé while the temps hovered in the 70s this week.

According to @vinsdeprovence, “Don’t be fooled by appearances, you don’t choose a Provence rosé by its color, which ranges from pale pink to orange.” Share about the shade of one of your fave Provence rosé wines, #Winophiles.

@foodwineclick This is a great question. So hard to put the distinct feel of these places into words. I love both Provence and Languedoc...and their food and wines!

@Culinary_Cam Oh wow this brings me back. This was one of my favourite meals as a kid (actually it probably still is).
