When a lawyer with a strong reputation - the caliber of Chris Mattei - takes a case on contingency, your first thought should not be that there is some silver-bullet defense that he's overlooked.

The defamation started December 2019 and is ongoing. I gave him an opportunity to take everything down on his own along with inviting him to my next Oncology appointment. His response was immature and childlike. I gave him a deadline, he ignored it. He has repeatedly accused cancer patient/survivors of lying and I’m over it.

I’m so here for this, but isn’t California SoL for defamation/libel only 1 year? Or has he been talking about you during the past year, too? Also, big congrats on beating cancer 💝

@IanRunkle I think it’s that they’ve found a community in which they feel accepted. There is something lacking in their life that it fulfills. They listen for hours on end and develop confirmation bias. The rabid ones make a lot of noise & you don’t hear much from the quiet ones.

I do not get why certain cases end up with these absolutely rabid folks clinging onto them.

The derangers are so angry running up and down crying, asking for Charles to remove Harry's and Meghan's titles. Prince Harry is a born Prince. His title cannot be removed. He would be forever a prince. If Charles takes the Sussex title, Meghan would be called Princess. That's her title. Princess of the United Kingdom. And most importantly like Charles Spencer said about Princess Diana. They don't really need titles. They are both known worldwide, Harry is Diana's son, has strong ties with so many organisations and Meghan is a star on her own too, and we would support her everywhere. So yeah. It's not the titles. It's who they are. Harry and Meghan. They would always be invited to things and even more because they would be completely free, won't be connected to that family in any way.
