@WiproLED for last 1 month I have made several calls to get a smart plug replaced under warranty.. I think the warranty period will get over by the time you guys even give a callback and move this forward!! Sent all details still no movement for 1 month!! Good strategy!!

@WiproLED I purchased a Wipro product that stopped working while still under warranty. After raising a replacement request and multiple follow-ups, Wipro picked up the product but hasn't sent a replacement yet. Customer care has been unresponsive for days. pl resolve this ASAP!
