@EurekaForbes my 14 month old water purifier is leaking and a ticket has been raised 24 hours have passed no updates.. except a sales call claiming that I “need to get AMC” to get service!! Customer care line doesn’t connect.. You guys still in business right?

@chihirosaquatic today your state of art doser turned on by itself and continuously pumped full bottle of fertilizer into my tank!! Its just 6 months old!! Dont you have basic hardware level safety nets to prevent this? It only stopped at restarting the device. Need a replacement

@SwiggyInstamart after paying all kind of charges (platform, rain, surge, conenience) u cant give ur delivery folks rain proof nylon bag inside which they can put in the paper bag?? Have mercy on delivery folks! in rain the paper bag melts and half of things break or fall!

@_cleartax I would recommend removing fake promises of 3 days expert assisted filing from your product advertisement! Have been waiting for 3 weeks after paying and uploading documents.. Not a single call from the “Experts” of your “Expert assisted filing”!!

@WiproLED for last 1 month I have made several calls to get a smart plug replaced under warranty.. I think the warranty period will get over by the time you guys even give a callback and move this forward!! Sent all details still no movement for 1 month!! Good strategy!!

@desertcart_in if u are “_in” in india selling goods to us in Indian currency pls respect payment guidelines setup by our govt. Stop automatically charging credit card without setting up e-mandate as reqd by RBI. @BandBajaateRaho spread this to Indian customers I ws duped 9999/-

@AmazonHelp @amazonIN contacted them many times they seems to have no control on delivery folks!! I consider selling stuff with wrong “guaranteed delivery date” is misleading advertisement. If my orders are nt delivered tmrw I will raise it with NCH. I pay 4 expedited delivery and i am not getting it

@HDFCERGOGIC i have been following up with you all on Service # 090258893 with no response also spoke to Grievance line. Someone heard everything and did nothing after promising prompt action. If this doesnt get addressed by today I am lodging complaint with IRDAI

@VijaySales Order number VS0002342297 was mentioned as express delivery 24 hrs all the way till payment. Post payment it became 2 days delivery. May I know why this deception?
