Upd: No update from @Coinbase for 4 days, after they shut down my physical card. @Krakenfx took 4 days to verify me, but claiming 24h turnaround. @Wirexapp was the best - physical card delivered in 3 days via express DHL for 15€. BUT, they are also solving my case for 4 days.

Free Wi Fi can cost you your crypto. It feels convenient to connect in airports, cafés, hotels, or coworking spaces. But most public networks are not secure, and they are much easier to monitor than people think. One of the biggest risks is something called a Man in the Middle attack. This is when someone intercepts your connection without you noticing. They can see your activity, redirect you to fake websites, and capture login details like passwords or wallet access. It gets worse. Attackers can also create fake Wi-Fi networks that look almost identical to the real one. You connect thinking it is safe, but everything you do is now visible to them. Another common risk is session hijacking. Instead of stealing your password, attackers steal session data. This can give them direct access to your accounts, including email, exchanges, and crypto platforms, without needing to log in. And once access is in the wrong hands, it does not take long. Funds can be moved within minutes. If you want to stay safe, a few simple habits go a long way: → Avoid accessing crypto wallets or exchanges on public Wi-Fi → Turn off auto connect to unknown networks → Log out of accounts you are not actively using If you really need to connect: → Use a trusted VPN → Double check the network name with staff → Only use websites that show HTTPS Public Wi-Fi is built for convenience, not security. When crypto is involved, that trade is rarely worth it.
