Is @GooglePlay even talking to itself? Today, one agent (Christene) told me my refund was 'successful' with invalid codes, while 3 hours later, Supervisor Sangireddy admitted they STILL don't have the RRN. 53 days in. My money is missing and Google is sending contradictory emails

@OPay_NG I need an urgent manual search for a missing refund of NGN 6,900 from @GooglePlay (Order GPA.3358-7953-7508-66980). Google finalized this on March 6 (Trace ID: G3a1X6LwoJMo6FeqKC6dnu9). The 10-business-day window is over and my money is still missing.
