@emilycwilkinson life? existence? 21st century existence? UN meetings? That is why I am Bleeting during the UNISDR's global platform!

HFA2 = enforced targets, scientific rigour, heavy focus on local gov & communities, deal with 'everyday' & tech & bio haz & conflict!

Why not HFA2 run by non-UN, international network with UNISDR as partner, not the other way round? This allows CRITICISM of governments!

HFA2 = address corruption, displacement, land & water grabs, discrimination by gender, ethnicity, religion = root causes!
