@liftplaycode Do you know per Indian law there is nonsuch thing as notice period? He can just stop going to work. And sue them for pay. He shoukd threaten legal action. Manager will fold. Know your rights.

guys a friend of mine who wants to go for MBA had a notice period of 3 months - classes start in a week but the manager has been delaying the release due to some personal grudge and technically it ends in mid May anyone knows what can he do in a situation like this?
